The system publish in a configurable way the information of what is happening in the actual shift, the actual indicators, from the last 2 shifts, a prediction of how the shift will end, to generate a feeling of responsibility and competition.
The available screens are : Production, Utilization, Defects, Indicators.
These can be shown in big format displays (LCD, Plasma, Projectors, LED, etc.) and can be sorted from the several plants, lines, etc. This is very useful in production meetings.

To realize historical reports the reporter module is used and these reports Hill be available in the companies´ intranet through a web browser.
They are designed to verify production indicators for a good decision making.
The available reports are: production, utilization, scrap. They can be filtered by : plant, line, model, shift and date. |

The operator module visualizes in a global way the production indicators. The model being produced must be entered.
Each operator screen displays the detailed information of the configured line(s).
In this module the downtime and scrap reasons are entered, also production can be added in this module for manual or low volume lines.

The tool that runs in a window platform is made of an automatic acquisition interface OPC-ODBC that acquires production data from the manufacturing line and stores them in the system´s MySQL database.
Capacity of manual acquisition in plant floor where the information is entered, such as defects, downtime reasons, etc
The tool is web based and the reports system is available for all the company.
To have a visual factory the tool Publisher in web the real time information for the process indicators, objectives and predictions for the actual shift, these can be viewed in the plant through big format LCD displays or projectors |
